The Problem that Weightless Feeder Can't Start with Heavy Load
For the problem that weightlessness feeder can't start with heavy load, there are three ways to solve it. First, to reduce the impact of ore on weightlessness feeder, the traditional method is to reduce the inclination of the back wall of silo through experiments according to the specific conditions of each unit, but this method will make the material slide slowly and have adverse effects on production, so as not to affect production on the one hand, and on the other hand, to reduce the impact of ore on weightlessness feeder.
On the one hand, it can solve the impact problem, and it can restrict the ore size of the feeding bin, if it must be less than 800 mm, the thickness of the rear part of the weightless feeder should also be required, if it must be more than 1 meter; on the other hand, it can also enhance the impact resistance of the weightless feeder by strengthening the support beam of the rear part of the weightless feeder and strengthening the weightless feeder. Thirdly, the starting ability of the main motor of the weightless feeder can be improved by checking the impact resistance of the rear slideway. After the general force analysis, the results show that the main reason why the weightless feeder can not start under heavy load is that the starting torque of the main motor of the weightless feeder does not match the load torque. Therefore, the main motor of the weightless feeder has been replaced. The main motor of the weightless feeder can be selected, which is economical and can meet the requirements of heavy-duty start-up.
